5040 single-face nylon-spandex sports sun protection clothing fabric achieves dual optimization of sun protection and breathability through precise fiber ratio (50D/48D nylon and 40D spandex). Its unique N/OP (Nano Optical Protection) technology effectively resists UVA and UVB radiation, ensuring long-lasting and efficient sun protection during outdoor activities, meeting the sun protection needs of professional athletes and sports enthusiasts.
In terms of fabric structure design, we use a 75/25 blended ratio of nylon and spandex, giving the fabric elasticity and recovery, ensuring that it can fit the body closely in various sports states, reducing sports resistance, and improving wearing comfort and sports performance. The fabric has good wear resistance and washability. After special process treatment, it effectively extends the service life of the product and reduces the need for frequent replacement.
In terms of specifications, 5040 fabric provides 58"/60" width options and a moderate weight of 160GSM, which not only ensures the stiffness and drape of the fabric, but also facilitates designers to cut and sew according to actual needs to meet the design needs of different sportswear.
